You can go to a reflexologist regularly for foot massages, which are very relaxing, and which clear congestions within the body. It is more than foot detoxification. It actually a gentle, natural, total body detox.

I felt really relaxed after each session and slept well after that. But it was expensive. Twice a week sessions are best, but really tough on the pocket. Do foot detox pads work?

Try this experiment. Get these Body Purifying Foot Pads. Just before you go to bed, wash and dry your feet. Stick a patch on the sole of each feet as directed in the instructions, or on just one foot if you want to stretch that pack. Sleep with the patches on your feet. The next morning, check the pads. The formerly white pads would be moist and dark -- filled with the toxins drawn from your body through your feet.

I tried that and was shocked and the amount of gunk in my feet. I did feel it work when I put it on. The first time, I could feel a dull ache in my sides.
