When you apply nail polish, always use a base coat before the actual nail color.

1. Remove all traces of the old nail polish.
2. Wash and dry your hands and nails
3. Apply the base coat on your clean nails. Paint the base coat from bottom to tip of your nail in 3 strokes. 1 down the the center and 1 down each side.
4. Let the base coat dry completely
5. Apply the colored nail polish
