SK II facial masks

I heard so much about this wonder mask that I had to try it myself. SK II facial treatment masks are said to make your skin radiant right away. I ordered a single piece (That's all my budget would allow anyway) and tried it once the delivery man sent it to my doorstep.

After washing my face and patting it dry, I carefully took the mask out of its foil. It is soaked in Pitera - the secret liquid used in SK II skin care products that gives these products their effectivenes.. This would be an intensive treat for the skin.

The mask is a piece of cloth with holes cut out for the eyes, breathing holes and the mouth. Lying down on my bed, I carefully placed the mask over my face to relax. By the way, when you use this mask do it when you wouldn't be interrupted by anyone who demands your immediate attention.

The mask felt incredibly soothing. My skin loved it. There was not oil. Not that I know off anyway. Just a rich,nourishing serum that bathed my skin in its goodness.

Times up. I removed the mask and checked for pimples. None so far... or were there tiny bumps or my imagination. Seriously. I've had so many adverse effects, the first thing I'd expect after trying a new product, especially one known for its antiaging, skin nourishing properties, is a massive breakout. My skin survived and looked good.

No wonder women who can afford it use this mask before a night out, before a date, or anytime they want to look their best.

The only catch?
The price.

As usual, when I went for my monthly facial, my suspicious beautician questioned me about what I'd tried this time. She knows how messed up my skin is underneath and has warned me against trying anything rich, antiaging whatever. When I told her about that mask, she got worried it might be too rich for my skin. It doesn't stop breakouts but I doubt if it contributed to my regular pimple breakouts. I did try some other stuff during that time which probably stirred her suspicions. I think it is good and would use it again if I could afford it.
