Here's where I put HFR 4 her to the ultimate test. Enter, my jelly belly! That wobbly paunch that hangs out when I sit. A souvenir from not taking care of my body after 2 pregnancies. HFR 4 Her ultimate test

22 July 2006 I received my order of HFR 4 her. Applied it all over jelly belly, massaging in that dime sized amount as instructed. Ran out, put a little more on the sides. Put a dab on the flab that dangles from my upper arms as well. Felt a warming sensation over the applied area as it took effect. Felt pleased with the increasing heat as it seemed to be working. Signed into the gym and hit the treadmill.

Went for maximum incline and did brisk walking as usual. I've been doing this for months already. Normally, there'd be no impact on my abs. It'll be my legs that tire from this. Not this time. In five minutes, I experienced stitches in my sides where I applied the gel. The kind of contractions I'd get from a sprint, never from brisk walking. That 30 minute treadmill had more effect on my jelly belly than my legs. The gel increased the intensity of the workout a lot on the areas where it was applied. Went on to hit the weights where you work out the abs. My abs felt very very warm, so I didn't want to waste the gel and crunched away.

After the workout, I checked myself. Jelly belly is still there and as stubborn than ever but it had a tougher workout than usual. I'd say this nitric oxide gel looks very promising. I felt the effect from the first workout like it promised on the package. I'll have to continue this for 2 to 3 months to gauge its true effectiveness. Let's see if this can succeed where everything else failed.

Applied HFR4her on my flabby belly again today. All over the hanging flab and the sides as well before my workout.

I've been following Billy's BootCamp Elite

Since I recovered from a long bout of flu, I've focused purely on Mission 3, rock hard abs as my main problem is my beer belly... and I don't even drink beer.

I was disappointed this time. That resistant jelly belly didn't feel a thing. No warming sensation to indicate the gel was working. Then I started on the workout. Minutes later, the area I applied HFR4her on started to warm out. Now, 5 minutes after the workout, I can still feel the effects. Still too soon to see any visible results. Have to wait at least a month, but I've got my fingers crossed. Who knows. Maybe jelly belly has met its match?

25 July 2006
Applied HFR4her again over abdomen and sides this morning. I felt the warming sensation soon after and went on with the housework. That done, I did Billy Blanks workout on rock solid abs, my favourite anti-jelly belly workout to attack that paunch. I'm better able to follow the workout after all that practice. Sweating as usual, but didn't feel that burning sensation on the treated area this time. When I finished the workout, the treated area still felt warmer than the rest of my body, so I guess it is working. Could be my imagination, but my abs, the sides especially, feel tighter.

Update 8 Jan 2007. Besides HFR For Her, there are other slimming gels available. I did not receive my last order from them which I placed several months ago. When I tried to contact them a week back, the webform failed. I'm totally fed up with them, been unable to get my money back or my order. Will let you know the outcome. Meanwhile, here are some alternatives.

Why didn't I think of this? I've been hunting high and low for another place that sells HFR4Her. The one place that sells virtually everything also sells HFR4Her. I buy books from them. Why not my slimming gel. That place is..
