How wonderful it would be if we could slap on some cream or gel on our tummies and fat plagued parts of our bodies and watch that fat vanish. It would be so much easier than spending hours in the gym trying to burn away that stubborn fat.
Pity the only easy way to get rid of it without exercise is through liposuction and the surgery risks, possible complications and long painful recovery period that follows puts me off that alternative.

I applied that on my tummy instead. At that time, I was also working out, trying the Billy Blanks workouts. As I only applied that on my tummy, I had enough to last me more than a month, during that period, I lost an inch of my waist. Could be due to the workout or through Elancyl, or both.
Elancyl contains caffeine and other ingredients that help your body drain off excess water, so while using it, you'd probably see some reduction in size but once you stop, the water will come back and you'd go back to your old size.
Still, it is great to look slightly slimmer when using Elancyl.
