Clarins thirst quenching hydra balance mask

I got a sample size tube of Clarins Masque Anti-Soif Multi-Hydrante. It is a hydrating mask meant for thirsty skin. You're supposed to apply it to face and neck (including eye contour area). Leave on for 5-10 minutes.

Simple to use. I washed my face and tried it. My skin wasn't too fond of it. It is a creamy white mask that doesn't dry up the way I like my masks to. It is not those clay type masks but a rich, creamy, treatment mask that plumps your skin with moisture.

It feels like a thick moisturizer. Slightly sticky but not at all oily. Good for skin that needs moisture but not oil.

Not exactly the type of mask I needed though. But my skin took it quite well. It has a citrusy, herbal scent that is soothing. There is a slight cucumber smell to it. Anyway, all clarins products have plant extracts to treat the skin. You can rub a little into your skin and it disappears like a moisturizer would.

It leaves dry skin soft and supple. Great for parched skin.
