Christian Dior loose powder
I love the velvety texture of Christian Dior loose powder. The one I've got is Poudre plus fine, 630, Sahara Beige. It is a rosy medium beige for medium to light skin tones. Used over moisturized face, it can go in place of a foundation. A great alternative for oily, acne prone skin.
I love that fluffy blue round brush that comes with it. The design is interesting. The handle is a semi-circle, the bristles form another semi-circle. The entire powder brush is a circular thing that fits into the plastic lid over the powder, which you screw on tightly to prevent the powder from escaping. There's a gauze that separates the powder you shake out from the rest of the unused powder, so you pick up only what you need.

Loose powder is a lot safer than compact powder. Especially if you're the sort that gets acne. With a compact powder, you pat the puff into the compact and onto your face, where it picks up bacteria from your skin, and transfers it back to the compact. When you use it again, you take the puff and press it into the compact that has the oil and bacteria transferred from your face and pat the powder and bacteria back onto your skin.
By spreading the oil and bacteria to and fro, you end up with an acne breakout.
With loose powder, you dip the brush in and apply the powder on your face. Then the brush rests in the plastic container that waits for it. You can wash the brush and dry it before using it again. Somehow, loose powder feels more hygienic. Maybe I'm paranoid but with skin like mine that is so prone to breakouts, I'd stick to loose powder.
